Our shipyard has 4 indoor slots and total outdoor area of 24300m2 which is available for manufacturing operation. Our shipyard can support several ongoing projects simultaneously.

Workshop
Most of the fabrication procedure can be completed in our workshop. Our workshop has universal lathe, radial drilling machine, slotting machine, radial universal milling machine and metal horizontal band saw.
CNC cutting machine
Kaibuok Shipyard has invested in a computer-controlled cutting machine also known as CNC cutting machine. CNC cutting machine has highly increased the efficiency of lofting and cutting of material. Every lofting and cutting procedure is processed meticulously thought the computer based software, therefore promote a higher accuracy compare to manual lofting and cutting. Our effort in investing in the CNC cutting machine shows our determination to provide perfect products to all our potential clients.
CNC cutting machine can cut aluminium plate up to 40mm thick and mild steel plate up to 40mm thick.
